    The advantages of physical activity and exercise have been demonstrated in our daily life. We are meant to move and stretch our body’s system to work better when we are constantly physically active. But nowadays, people cannot do their daily life physical activity and exercise because the pandemic Covid-19 uncontrolled. So how do people maintain their daily life during this pandemic season?

    If people cannot go outside the house to do their daily life, then they should follow an online exercise class during this pandemic. They can take this advantage of the wealth and many of the classes are free that can be found on Youtube. 

    Other than that, doing chores at home can be considered as an exercise by walking in the house. People can walk around in their house by doing chores such as sweeping the house, getting rid of the trash or cooking. Even in small spaces, you still can walk around to help you remain active.
